MOVEMENT SCREENS

Proper posture is the proper alignment of your body. A balanced body eliminates any limitations and compensations you have while in locomotion.

Can you imagine driving a car with misaligned wheels? The car is still functional but not optimal.

Clients take screening assessments in order to determine imbalances. This drives the creation of a personalized prescription of further corrective exercises.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your personal training program is designed to provide you with all the tools you need to reach your goals. The formula consists of development of mindset, working through all the energy systems, and an accountability system for consistency

All programs are custom-designed. Nothing flashy, just a bit of science. Services are offered in person, virtually, or a hybrid of the two.

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is complicated and sensitive. Effective coaching promotes behavior change through practical experiences.

Habit changes are introduced with daily lessons offered to educate and reinforce changes. This is not a diet program.

VIRTUAL + HYBRID COACHING

Sometimes in-person coaching is not a possibility or you have to travel for work.
